Property description

Look no further than Villamartin on the Costa Blanca. "Villamartin Casa" is a new 3 bedroom,air conditioned apartment, with all modern facilities.The Apartment comprises of; a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and cooker, a spacious main living room including a separate dinning area, a bathroom/WC, and 3 bedrooms - 1 Single/double Bedroom, 1 Twin Bedroom and 1 Double Bedroom with Ensuite Shower/WC.


The air-conditioned lounge/diner is equipped with quality furniture, Sky satellite TV, a DVD player and the patio doors open onto the balcony which overlooks the communal swimming pool. From the balcony the large sun terrace can be reached up the steps and is a spacious sunny area with patio table, chairs, sunloungers and of course a barbecue.


The bedroom furnishings have been carefully selected with comfort in mind, the beds being of high quality and all the windows in the apartment have shutters, including the patio doors. The entrance doors are fitted with security gates and an alarm is installed although crime in the area is minimal. Smoke alarms are also fitted.

You can also relax in the enclosed pool area, under the shade of palm trees.

The centre of Villamartin is just a few minutes walk from the apartment and within the plaza you will find everything you need from bars, restaurants, shops, bank, medical centre, supermarket and golfshop. During the summer evenings a variety of entertainment is provided within the plaza. Close by is the club house of Villamartin Golf course, where the bar and restaurant can be used even if you are not playng golf. Three superb Golf Courses are within a few minutes drive from the villa. A round of golf is approximately £35 - £55. Club hire is approximately £6 - £16, however there are 3 sets of golf clubs available to use and are in the property along with some tennis rackets. You can pre-book your tee times via fax or phone.

A 10 minute drive from the apartment will take you to a choice of other resorts along the Orihuela costa; 'La Zenia' beach which is very clean and safe, but there are also other beaches, 'Playa Flamenca', 'Cabo Roig', 'Campoamor' and 'Calle Captaen' which is excellent for snorkeling. These beaches vary from vast expanses of sand to small pebbled coves.

Whichever you choose - you won't be disappointed!
