Additional allocated parking space is available in the road. To the rear of the house there is a lawned area beyond the large patio, which has a table and 4 chairs and overlooks a lovely 33m communal swimming pool and 2 fine tennis courts, which are adjacent to the 14th fairway.

Upstairs there's a large furnished private terrace, A recent addition to the terrace are 2 large potted plants a table and 4 chairs, 4 loungers and a BBQ. It looks and is delightful . Both areas have outside lighting, so you have a choice as to where you can relax in the evenings. The property has been furnished with top quality furniture and there is a flat screen 32" TV and DVD player, a free internal telephone which has internet access via Ethernet cable(not supplied). An internet cafe with 8 computers is next to the clubhouse. Access cards can be purchased at the clubhouse bar, Pinos Bar or the supermarket. The kitchen is fully fitted with Oven and Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washine machine, Fridge/Freezer etc. The house has FULL CENTRAL HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING in the lounge/dining area. Both bedrooms have powerful ceiling fans.

The golf resort is lovely and if you enjoy golf, swimming, tennis, walking, or just relaxing with a book, then look no further. The superb beaches of the Mar Menor with its warm, calm waters are a short 15 minute drive away and most are wheelchair accessible. The closest beach is Santiago de la Ribera a typically Spanish village that has great tapas and fish restaurants. Los Alcazares also has nice beaches and the old town boasts an unspoilt look with some good restaurants and bars. For a more lively atmosphere, you can head north towards La Zenia, near Torrevieja, or go south to the La Manga strip.


Just a 10 minute stroll from the property, guests will find a supermarket, bars, restaurants, an Irish pub, Golf shop, Tapas bars, Ice cream parlour, Internet cafe, a 5* Hotel and a Club house.

The La Torre course was designed to international championship standards by Jack Nicklaus . It has 18 holes, 4 sets of tees and a par of 68. It features over 5 hectares of bunkers, and 3 large lakes. The greens are quite fast! As with all the Polaris World golf courses, they are designed to be enjoyed by both beginners and more challenging for experienced players.


Balsicas and Roldan are small Spanish towns offering banking facilities and some shops and restaurants. Both are 5 mins by car. Cartagena is an historical port with many good bars and restaurants plus a ruined Roman theatre - 30 mins by car. Murcia is 20 mins away, inland. It has a beautiful cathedral, excellent modern shops and plenty of high quality restaurants and tapas bars. There are also many interesting towns and villages to visit in the region including: Cartagena - the old capital of the region founded by the Cartharginians.
