'Casa Esturian 12' sleeps 6 and comprises of 2 good sized stylish twin bedrooms, one with ensuite including an 20" LCD TV plus a double sofa bed. There is a separate full bathroom suite. The main living area is open plan and has been extremely well furnished and is modern and contemporary with a high specification fully fitted kitchen and separate utility room. The property boasts a large 32" LCD television with UK channels, internet access(ask for details) and both hot and cold air conditioning.

Outside of the property there are sun terraces, a garden and rooftop solarium to admire the panoramic views over the 5th, 6th and 7th holes and fairways. There is a second dining area seating four for 'al fresco' dining BBQ style plus sun loungers. The communal pool is only 200 yards away.


"Casa Esturian 12" is situated in Polaris World La Torre Golf Resort, an exclusive holiday destination. Comprising of wide avenues, lush greenery and palm trees, it is set in the surrounds of a Five Star Championship golf resort endorsed by the world famous golfer Jack Nicklaus. La Torre Golf Resort is located in one of the most beautiful regions in Spain. La Torre is an 18 hole par 68 golf course designed by Nicklaus Design. The signature hole is the par 3 - 9th hole which will require extra precision as water comes into play. As with all the Polaris World Golf Courses, they are designed to be enjoyed by both beginners and more challenging for experienced players.

The facilities available at this resort include a 2,000 square metre supermarket with home delivery service which is within a short walk away from this property, numerous shops, travel agency, convention centre with capacity for up to 1200 people, banking facilities, internet cafe, 2,300 square metre spa, beauty salon and hairdresser, gymnasium, bars and restaurants, car rental, childrens play area, tennis courts and new for 2008 a 5 star Crowne Plaza La Torre Golf Resort Hotel with 200 rooms.The town centre, supermarket and clubhouse are only a 5 minute walk away.


La Torre Golf Resort is situated within 15 minutes of local beaches, many recognised by the 'blue flags' of excellence. The region has an average temperature of 21º C, and benefits from 250 km of shoreline over two seas, unspoilt terrains and amazing scenery.

A short drive to the historical city of Cartagena where an ancient port, roman ruins, temples and a theatre once stood make this and interesting and worthwhile place to visit. Shopping is another major draw to the town and boasts fashion boutiques and department stores aswell as an abundance of restaurants and cafes.

The city of Murcia's airport is 20 minutes away and Alicante airport is 60 minutes.
