This Town House is located in probably the best 'frontline' position on the whole of the 5 Star La Torre Golf Resort in "Polaris World". The property overlooks both the 11th tee and 17th hole and has stunning views across the lake. "La Torre Jamie" has 2 twin bedrooms and a leather sofa bed in the lounge area that enables the property to comfortably sleep 6 people.
Property description
La Torre - Jamie has arguably the best location on the whole of La Torre. The house is located 'frontline' on the 5 Star La Torre Golf Resort, built by Polaris World. Frontline basically means that it is right on the course with no other properties in front of it, with stunning panoramic views across the 11th and 17th holes. With a nearby lake and landscaped golf course it really is an ideal place to relax either on your own or with the family!!
The house has been furnished to a very high standard by its owners to enable guests to maximize their enjoyment. The air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer months (ceiling fans also in the bedrooms) and the central heating is there for the colder months just in case you need it !
The lounge is a spacious area with a leather sofa bed and single leather arm chair. The sofa bed has an ‘everyday use’ sprung mattress allowing a good nights sleep however long your duration. The dining area has a large wooden table and 4 leather dining chairs. TV, DVD, Digital Channels and CD player all in the lounge area. The kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath so everyone can get ready at once !! The bedrooms have large built in wardrobes and have twin beds (can be pushed together to make a double bed). On the 1st floor there is not only a bedroom and bathroom but a large sun terrace, ideal for sun bathing and watching the golfers hit the ball into the lake.
The Resort is within 5 minutes walk. There you have the choice of 3 large fabulous swimming pools (including childrens pools) and tennis courts. If you like walking you can take a strole around the golf course and get first hand experience just how stunning the resort is. The resort centre with its bars and restaurants is a 10 minute walk and the supermarket (English brands) is 10 minutes walk (better by car though!).
For none Golfers, the Blue flag beaches are literally 15 minutes drive from front door to parking up on the beach front. The beaches are on the Mar Manor, which is salt water lagoon. The Mar Manor is a lovely safe area to sun bath and swim and becasue of the vast amount of beaches there is never a problem with over crowding.
The town house has a large 1st floor sun terrace with seating as well as sun terrace on the ground floor. There are also sun loungers and an outdoor table and chairs are provided in order to ensure that you maximise the stunning views across the golf course!!! Inside the property you will find sleeping accommodation for up to 6 people comprising 2 twin bedrooms and a double sofa bed located in the in the lounge. There is also a cot. The main living area is very spacious and incorporates a separate dining area for up to 4 people, Satellite/Cable TV, a DVD player and a CD music system with radio radio. There is a telephone for incoming calls only. Finally, the house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs and a well equipped kitchen. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool during the summer while Central heating keeps you snug and warm in the winter.
The house is in a quiet area and has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque and a tennis court. There is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Prices are in GBP. Euro & Dollar rates are approximate conversions and will vary slightly. Cot hire - £10.00 per duration - please note you have to supply your own cot sheet and cot blanket. This is a standard sized travel cot.
A £150.00 refundanable deposit is required to cover breakages/damage. This is refunded within 14 days of return.
Cleaning on departure - £40.00 - this cost will be added to all bookings regardless of duration. A mid term clean is also available if required for an additional £30.00. |
