The open plan main living area features indoor dining for 4 people and has a very modern kitchen with brand new appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave not that you'll be tied to this area as you should relax and enjoy dining 'al fresco' style or dine at one of the many beautiful restaurants. There is Sky Satellite television with english channels, a DVD player and CD music system in the lounge. The property also benefits from air conditioning and central heating. Outside and closeby there are 14 fabulous communal pools set in stunning landscaped gardens with plenty of areas to sunbathe making this ideal and safe for families of all ages.


La Torre Mark is situated in Polaris World La Torre Golf Resort, an exclusive holiday destination. Comprising of wide avenues, lush greenery and palm trees, it is set in the surrounds of a Five Star Championship golf resort endorsed by the world famous golfer Jack Nickalus. La Torre Golf Resort is located in one of the most beautiful regions in Spain. La Torre is an 18 hole par 68 golf course designed by Nicklaus Design. The signature hole is the par 3 - 9th hole which will require extra precision as water comes into play. As with all the Polaris World Golf Courses, they are designed to be enjoyed by both beginners and more challenging for experienced players.

There are over 14 fabulous communal pools on the complex surrounded by tropical palm trees and landscaped gardens providing plenty of entertainment where all families are welcome.


The facilities available at this resort include a 2,000 square metre supermarket with home delivery service, numerous shops, travel agency, convention centre with capacity for up to 1200 people, banking facilities, internet cafe, 2,300 square metre spa, beauty salon and hairdresser, gymnasium, bars and restaurants, childrens play area, tennis courts and new for 2008 a 5 star Crowne Plaza La Torre Golf Resort Hotel with 200 rooms.

La Torre Golf Resort is situated within 15 minutes of local beaches, many recognised by the 'blue flags' of excellence. The region has an average temperature of 21º C, and benefits from 250 km of shoreline over two seas, unspoilt terrains and amazing scenery.

A short drive to the historical city of Cartagena where an ancient port, roman ruins, temples and a theatre once stood make this and interesting and worthwhile place to visit. Shopping is another major draw to the town and boasts fashion boutiques and department stores aswell as an abundance of restaurants and cafes.

The city of Murcia's airport is 20 minutes away and Alicante airport is 60 minutes.
