"Bravomar III" is a much sought after sunny first floor 2 bedroom apartment that is ideally located, being close to the large Spanish town of Torrevieja, and sleeping 4/6 with double bed-settee. There is a large balcony for outside dining, also a very large roof patio with stunning sea views and over the town of Torrevieja.

Property description

The apartment is tasteful and comfortable, with one double and one twin bedrooms plus a double bed-settee in the lounge. The lounge is fully furnished with; dining table, 4 chairs, 3 piece suite etc. There is also a TV with 30 English channels including Sports One & Two & Three, heating and air-conditioning.

The patio doors lead to the large balcony, also furnished with table, chairs, and a large sun awning. The fully equipped kitchen has cooker, hob, fridge/freezer etc. The bathroom is also fully equipped with power shower cubical, vanity unit, and washing machine.


The outside stairs take you upto a very large roof solarium, also furnished with sunbeds, table and chairs, ideal for serious sunbathers. The swimming pool is only a few feet away and in full view from the apartment.


The apartment enjoys a great location as the coves and blue flag beaches are only a short walk away,as are the local supermarkets and restaurants. The main town with all its amenities and markets is about a 20 minute walk. A hire car would however be very useful in order to visit Villa Martin, a great place to eat in the evenings or Guardamar, only 10 min's in a car. Guardamar is a lovely small town with good restaurants, walks, marina and the best beach in Spain,it also has the best street market very Wednesday morning. Having said this we do have buses at the bottom of our road and supermarkets, cafes, restaurants etc within walking distance.
