It is a peaceful area and a short cycle ride or walk would take you to the nature reserve of Laguna de La Mata.

A short drive takes you to the blue flag beaches of La Mata, Guardamar and Campoamor. There is also an Aqua park, ten-Pin bowling alley, cinemas and plenty of golf nearby.
