"Los Balcones" is a well presented 2 bedroom south facing villa in the green and leafy popular suburb of Los Balcones situated south on the banks of Torrevieja's salt lake. There are two family communal pools, local bars, restaurants and supermarkets within 5 minutes walk plus an established commercial centre closeby. The beaches of Punta Prima and Los Nafregus are 2km away making the villa and area inviting for all round family enjoyed holidays.

Property description

"Los Balcones" can be rented on either a short or long term basis. Briefly, the accommodation is as follows;2 good sized bedrooms, 1 double room and 1 twin bedroom with separate bathroom suite. The kitchen is modern and well equipped including, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob. There is a lounge and indoor dining in the open plan layout featuring TV with Satellite channels although mainly spanish. To the outside there is a small private garden, terrace area with balcony and some outdoor furniture to relax and capture the suns rays on this south facing property. The two communal pools are metres away. There are air cooling fans inside the villa.


This area of Spain enjoys a fabulous Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild pleasant winters renowned for it's unique micro climate created by the salt lake. A car is recommended to take advantage of the attractions, amenities and beaches that local resorts like Punta Prima, La Zenia and Playa Flamenca have to offer. The Filton Commercial Centre offers a range of amenities and is accessible on foot within 15 minutes. Golf enthusiasts are well catered for with several championship 18 hole golf courses nearby including Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. A regular bus route to Torrevieja is every half hour in the summer and every hour in the winter. The bus stop is 5 mins walk away.


Local attractions for families are in abundance here from Spain's biggest theme park at Terra Mitica, the water parks of Aqualandia to the tranquil and peaceful less hectic Mundomar park with marine life and exotic animals. Torreviaja's commercial centre is ideal for shoppers and it's harbour is only 15 minutes away by car or if you like a bargain then get along to the Friday local street market.
Alicante airport is 40 minutes away and Murcia 25 minutes.
