Notes:
Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday during July/August.
Bookings covering more than one price band will be a pro-rata priced.
Prices in either GBP or Euros are available.
Free Fibre Wi-Fi. No Hidden Charges. No Cleaning Charges. Easy access to the villa on arrival. If required the House Manager
would visit the following day of arrival to check everything is fine and answer any queries.
There is a security deposit of £500 required which is returned within 5 working days to cover any damage and extra to normal cleaning. A fee of £75 / 65 Euros will be applied if BBQ not returned to pre-arrival condition. Booking Fee £20.00 covers credit/debit card usage.
Check in is at 4pm and departure is at 10am
For stays of two or more weeks mid stay cleaning and/or linen changes can be arranged at extra cost.
Booking Deposits to secure the villa are required within 3 days.
Contact details for House Manager and Emergency details are provided in the Utility Room off the kitchen.
